About Slab Leaks

We can abandon the leaking copper pipe under your concrete slab by running new copper or pex above ground, which is called a "BYPASS".

In the case that your home was plumbed with soft copper -- low grade copper or copper pipe may have been kinked during construction, these will cause under concrete slab leaks.

The second option when the leak is located, is to open the concrete slab. Repair the pin hole leak by replacing the section with the pin hole leak and replace with rigid type L copper.

There are a few symptoms that you could look for:

  • The sound of flowing water when nothing is turned on in your home.
  • Unusual moisture or mildew on the floor surface
  • Hot or warm spot on the floor
  • Abnormal high water or gas bill

A "BYPASS" will generally avoid causing damage to your floor with our slab leak bypass procedure
