Evan’s Leak Detection is a full-service slab leak and repair company specializing in residential and commercial services, repairs and replacements. Evans Leak Detection has been owner operated for over 50 years.

Over the years we have built the experience to be able to offer a FLAT RATE for leak detection and slab leak repairs. All our Leak Detection Specialists are well versed in the various code changes that have evolved in home construction/plumbing over the decades.

We are committed to on time service and fixing the problem right the first time. All materials and equipment we use are made in the USA and are of the highest quality. Evan’s Leak Detection understands that you are busy and a slab leak can be a stressful situation. Therefore, we carry all necessary tools with us so there is minimal waiting time for installation and repairs.

Everything was as stated in my phone conversation with Ron. He stated that his Tech Omar would be at our house between 8 & 10 and he showed up at 8:05 am. We had a slab leak. The hot water line needed to be re-routed overhead. Omar spent several hours re-routing the line. Everything is working great!

This is the best Leak detection and repair service in the area in my opinion. We got a flag from the water district that we have a main water leak. It was pretty bad. We contacted 3 leak detection companies as there was no obvious water leak problem to us. It turns out the leak was between the street water meter and the house. Two of the leak detection companies wanted to dig through our driveway or the cement stairwell to the house with big damage and huge cost. Evans Leak detection was the company that took the smartest and most efficient approach going through our flower beds and hydro jetting under the concrete. They not only saved us a lot of money but also did the job perfectly in a day. They also saved our plants and offered to replant them when they are done. They did the job in a day at the end of which we had a complete repipe between the street water meter and the house and no sign that any work was done, everything looked as before except no water leak 😊. They also guarantee their work for 5 years. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Ron was quick to respond to my texts and schedule a visit. Omar showed us where our water pipe fitting had broken, and explained how he would install a higher grade of pipe and fitting. He even adjusted his original work, since he decided it could be redone even better! The work was done quickly and it was as pleasant an experience as you could expect from a broken water pipe fix :-).
