Evan’s Leak Detection is a full-service slab leak and repair company specializing in residential and commercial services, repairs and replacements. Evans Leak Detection has been owner operated for over 50 years.

Over the years we have built the experience to be able to offer a FLAT RATE for leak detection and slab leak repairs. All our Leak Detection Specialists are well versed in the various code changes that have evolved in home construction/plumbing over the decades.

We are committed to on time service and fixing the problem right the first time. All materials and equipment we use are made in the USA and are of the highest quality. Evan’s Leak Detection understands that you are busy and a slab leak can be a stressful situation. Therefore, we carry all necessary tools with us so there is minimal waiting time for installation and repairs.

Everything was as stated in my phone conversation with Ron. He stated that his Tech Omar would be at our house between 8 & 10 and he showed up at 8:05 am. We had a slab leak. The hot water line needed to be re-routed overhead. Omar spent several hours re-routing the line. Everything is working great!

This is the best Leak detection and repair service in the area in my opinion. We got a flag from the water district that we have a main water leak. It was pretty bad. We contacted 3 leak detection companies as there was no obvious water leak problem to us. It turns out the leak was between the street water meter and the house. Two of the leak detection companies wanted to dig through our driveway or the cement stairwell to the house with big damage and huge cost. Evans Leak detection was the company that took the smartest and most efficient approach going through our flower beds and hydro jetting under the concrete. They not only saved us a lot of money but also did the job perfectly in a day. They also saved our plants and offered to replant them when they are done. They did the job in a day at the end of which we had a complete repipe between the street water meter and the house and no sign that any work was done, everything looked as before except no water leak 😊. They also guarantee their work for 5 years. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Ron was quick to respond to my texts and schedule a visit. Omar showed us where our water pipe fitting had broken, and explained how he would install a higher grade of pipe and fitting. He even adjusted his original work, since he decided it could be redone even better! The work was done quickly and it was as pleasant an experience as you could expect from a broken water pipe fix :-).

I contacetd Even's just before the Thanksgiving Hoilday, about a sab leak in a rental property. He said they were booked up that day, but thy would take care of the problem, in a day or two. I was going out of state for the Hoilday. I left and when I return Ron let me know th hot water leak was repaired by rerouting it. I was very happy with the service and the price.

I've used Evan's for 2 separate leak detection jobs now and I would give them 10 stars if I could. The first time I was simply amazed how fast Omar located my slab leak and repaired it without needing to jackhammer my tiled floor. The second job I was convinced it was a slab leak, but Omar pinpointed the leak in a pool fill valve and saved me a ton of money. Ron gives a great explanation of how the process works and the prices are very competitive.

Slab leak every home owner nightmare. I had one and 3 different companies couldn’t get it right or fix it. Then I called Ron, from the first call I knew he was the guy, to help me with my problem. Easy to recommend Evans Leak to everyone needing this service. There are many companies who prey on homeowners when they have a slab leak. I had a company come out who offered free leak detection, they used test equipment had a great presentation meant to scare you on future mold issues and then some. Pointed to the area that said was the area and tell you were going to remove your flooring fix the leak with a tube inside the bad pipe and on and on but no worries your insurance will cover everything. Well Evans quickly found and fixed the slab leak and did so without charging a fortune. Ron's team was fair priced upfront on the cost and process and send Omar who has been doing this for 10+ years to help us out. Don't get ripped off call Evans/Ron to get it done right.

Hands down, the best! Weve used Ron and his team a few times in the past with our slab leaks. This one was particularly painful because we just remodeled our entire kitchen. We thought we would have to tear out our new floor and island but Ron and Omar did their due diligents and were able to minimize the damage. Not only did we not have to tear out the floor or tear down our new island they were able to reroute the broken line and all we now have to do is get some of our ceiling drywall patched, some concrete under the sink and a new panel under the sink.
